What we collect, why we collect it, and how Go Gorgeous Saloon keeps it safe.

This policy explains how Go Gorgeous Unisex Saloon & Academy collects and uses your personal information when you use https://gogorgeoussaloon.in, book with us or visit the salon.

1. What we collect

  • Contact details: name, mobile number, email address, and your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
  • Booking details: services, stylist, date and time, notes you give us, and your visit and payment history.
  • Payment status: amounts, invoice and transaction references. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay, never by us.
  • Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the site, and basic logs such as IP address and browser type.

2. Why we use it

  • To confirm, remind you of, reschedule and deliver your bookings.
  • To take payments, issue GST invoices and process refunds.
  • To send booking messages and one-time sign-in codes by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • To keep your preferences and service history, so we can serve you better.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We only send promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the providers that run our services: Razorpay (payments), our messaging providers (WhatsApp, SMS and email delivery), Google (if you sign in with Google), and our hosting provider. We may disclose information when required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and your account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we then delete or anonymise what we are not legally required to keep.

5. Security

Data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for messages, by contacting us using the details below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
