Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking, service and payment made with Go Gorgeous Unisex Saloon & Academy ("Go Gorgeous Saloon", "we", "us"), whether on https://gogorgeoussaloon.in, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the salon. By booking or paying, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide hair, skin, makeup, grooming and bridal services at our salon, and professional training through our Academy. Every service is performed in person at the address below. Results depend on your hair and skin type, and we will always advise you honestly before we start.

2. Booking

You can book online, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the salon. You need to sign in to book online, and we need a working mobile number so we can confirm and remind you. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.

Online bookings may ask for an advance of 20% of the service value, or the full amount, paid securely through Razorpay. The balance, if any, is paid at the salon after the service.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST at 18%. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change, but the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay for that booking.

4. Arriving, rescheduling and no-shows

Please arrive on time. We hold your slot for 15 minutes; after that we may need to shorten the service or treat the booking as a no-show.
You can reschedule up to 2 times, until 24 hours before the appointment, from your booking link or by contacting us.
Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Your health and safety

Please tell us about allergies, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy or medication before a chemical, colour, skin or waxing service. We may ask for a patch test and may decline a service if it isn't safe for you.

6. Academy

Academy course fees, schedules and certification requirements are given in writing at admission, and those admission terms apply alongside these terms.

7. Conduct

We keep a respectful, safe space for clients and staff and may refuse or stop a service in case of abusive behaviour.

8. Liability

We take every reasonable care with every service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Please tell us about any concern within 48 hours so we can put it right.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you book applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
