Shipping and Exchange

Go Gorgeous Unisex Saloon & Academy provides salon services and Academy training in person at our premises. We do not sell or ship physical goods online.

1. Shipping

• No physical shipping applies to services booked on https://gogorgeoussaloon.in. The service is delivered at the salon at the address below on the booked date and time.
• Booking confirmations, reminders and GST invoices are delivered instantly by WhatsApp, SMS and/or email after booking or payment.

2. Exchange

• A booked service can be exchanged for a different service of equal or higher value before the appointment, subject to stylist availability; you pay any difference.
• A booking can be moved to another date or time as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Retail products bought at the salon counter that are damaged or defective at the time of purchase can be exchanged within 7 days, unopened and with the invoice.
